Pet of the Week
Tyler is a 3-year-old Chihuahua mix, holding the dubious honor as our longest resident. He came to the shelter nearly six months ago with his buddy Kurt, who was soon adopted.
We can’t figure out why this perky guy, with cute cowlicks on each shoulder, has not yet found a loving home of his own. He is equally comfortable walking on a leash or lying in your lap for a cuddle.
As with many dogs, he is selective about his canine friends and has been disappointed when they get adopted and he does not. Already neutered, Tyler is ready to follow you home today from the Orange County Humane Society, 21632 Newland St., Huntington Beach.
For more information, call (714) 536-8480 or visit https://www.ochumanesociety.com. Now that the weather has turned cold and wet, we are especially grateful for donations of blankets and towels to keep the animals warm.
