Pet of the Week
In two years, Alley has already had an eventful life. She arrived as a stray at the shelter in May, and soon it was discovered that she was pregnant.
Alley became the dutiful mother of five healthy puppies — all since adopted.
Now it’s mom’s turn to find a home where her many endearing qualities will be appreciated. Alley is a long-coated Chihuahua mix, which is evident in her fluffy white-tipped tail.
This petite 13-pounder is healthy, house-trained and spayed. During her maternal time, Alley was all business, with only time for brief walks before returning to care for her litter. Now an empty nester, she is up for some fun.
She relishes attention and enjoys being petted — and may even give a gentle nudge if someone stops petting her. She also loves to fetch tennis balls.
Alley’s adoption fees are discounted 25% all week with the mention of this announcement. For more information, call (714) 536-8480 or visit ochumanesociety.com.
