Cricket is not winking. He has just one eye. He is one of the many sanctuary cats that Community Animal Network supports with medications, treatments and procedures.

Sanctuary kitties like Cricket need a pill or an injection for their lifetime, and are most often overlooked by those seeking to adopt. Therefore, we hope you will consider donating to ensure that animals like Cricket receive the care they need while they wait for the forever home they so deserve.

Cricket’s veterinary records are over an inch thick. They record 10 years of treatments for a chronic condition called stomatitis that affects gum tissue and causes pain and tooth loss.

Early detection of stomatitis by an experienced veterinarian and use of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medications can in some cases stop stomatitis from advancing.

Madonna and Cher were kitties previously featured that received early treatment for the condition paid for by donated money and were therefore adopted.

Your donations are always at work. Call (949) 759-3646 about adopting a sanctuary cat or to make a credit card donation.
