Steve Miller, B-52s part of evolving OC Fair concert lineup

The man who calls himself the Gangster of Love, Maurice and Space Cowboy is coming to the 2015 OC Fair.

That guitarist and singer-songwriter, Steve Miller, will bring the Steve Miller Band to the Toyota Summer Concert Series at the Pacific Amphitheatre in Costa Mesa on July 24.

The OC Fair concert lineup also includes Iration and Common Kings on July 18 and the B-52s and the English Beat on Aug. 14.

Prices for the performances range from $24.50 to $69.50.

The remaining shows and action sports will be announced in the coming months.

“This is shaping up to be one of the best Pacific Amphitheatre seasons we’ve had,” said Dan Gaines, OC Fair entertainment director.

The fair will run from July 17 to Aug. 16, marking its 125th anniversary. It will feature food, rides, shopping, exhibits and animals.

Tickets for the concerts will go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday via Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000 or ticketmaster.com or at the OC Fair & Event Center box office, which is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
