Open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays and Tuesdays and Fridays through Sundays; 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursdays; and closed Wednesdays. Admission is $7 for adults and $5 for seniors, students and active military. Children younger than 12 are admitted for free. The museum is closed on the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s days.

Until Sunday: Works from the collection representing artists who worked in California in the late 19th and early 20th centuries is on view in the upstairs gallery.
Until May 27: The museum will host Laguna College of Art & Design’s graduate MFA in Painting and Drawing exhibition “MFA ’12.”
June 10 to Oct. 7: Three exhibitions will be on display: Clarence Hinkle, Modern Spirit and Group of Eight. The museum also kicks off its contemporary art program expose with artist Peter Bo Rappmund.
