Art Walk

Join member galleries from 6 to 9 p.m. the first Thursday of each month for a festive cultural evening. The next Art Walk is Thursday. Asterisk [*] denotes the participating galleries.

Dedicated shuttle service starts at 6:15 p.m. from the Laguna Art Museum at North Coast Highway and Cliff Drive, and Bluebird Center, 1590 S. Coast Hwy. Shuttles run until 8:45 p.m.

Open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays and Tuesdays and Fridays through Sundays; 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursdays; and closed Wednesdays. Admission is $7 for adults and $5 for seniors, students and active military. Children younger than 12 are admitted for free. The museum is closed on the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s days.

Until May 20: Works from the collection representing artists who worked in California in the late 19th and early 20th centuries is on view in the upstairs gallery.

Until Sunday: “The Postwar War: 1945 to 1980,” Southern California artists in this seminal time.

Until Sunday: “Victor Hugo Zayas: Mi Obra,” paintings and sculpture by the Mexican-American artist.

1 p.m. Sunday: Lecture by guest curator Gregorio Luke, followed by a book signing with Victor Hugo Zayas.
