5 Rhythms Dance at NCC

Eugene Hedlund will begin holding weekly 5 Rhythms dance classes at the Neighborhood Congregational Church from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.

Hedlund is certified in the 5 Rhythms, a meditation practice created at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur. No background in dance or movement is required to participate, and classes may be taken regardless of age, size or physical ability.
