Victoria Louise Swigart & Ryan Andrew Smith

Mr. & Mrs. John J. Swigart, Jr. announce the engagement of their daughter, Victoria Louise, to Ryan Andrew Smith, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Smith of Felton, California. The bride and groom-to-be attended Willamette University in Salem, Oregon and graduated in 2008. Victoria teaches elementary school, and Ryan works in the family business in Santa Cruz. A July wedding is planned in Pismo Beach. The couple will reside in Santa Cruz after a honeymoon in Maui.
