Those and other big-name showrunners have flocked to Netflix, Amazon Studios and other streamers in recent years as the streaming wars have created an unprecedented competition for talent. Studios have responded by offering their own mega-deals to keep creatives from leaving, setting the stage for what some believe has the makings of a bubble.
