Music for all: The Pacific Symphony will celebrate conductor Carl St.Clair’s 25th season with a series of free and low-cost concerts throughout the county. Monday, explore “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” at 7 p.m. at Chapman University’s John and Donna Crean Orchestra Recital Hall, Oliphant Hall, 1 University Drive, Orange. Admission is free, and no ticket will be required. The evening will include a string ensemble performing excepts from Mendelssohn’s incidental music, student actors performing excerpts from the play, and a discussion about the relationship between the play and the music.
